Crackdown 3 release date revealed alongside 5v5 multiplayer mode

Crackdown 3: Wrecking Zone is pure 5v5 destruction

Crackdown 3: Over four years after it was first uncovered at E3 2014, and following various deferrals, Crackdown 3 has been given what is ideally a real discharge date: 15-February.

We definitely knew it was coming in February, however having a particular date makes it more improbable that distributer Microsoft will postpone it for the fourth time. Having said that, we got a solid discharge date a year ago and the diversion wound up missing that by around 15 months, so the sky is the limit.

Additionally declared at Microsoft's X018 yesterday was a 5v5 multiplayer mode called Wrecking Ball. As the title proposes, it's tied in with wrecking whatever number things as would be prudent: high rises, walkways and, at last, your adversaries. You can watch a trailer for it above.

Microsoft released the PC system requirements for Crackdown 3 prior this week.
