Technologists Visit Norwood
to Discuss
Educational Technology Integration 4/03
On
April 8th, the Norwood Technology Department hosted a group of
Maryland technology coordinators for a "Technology
Integration" workshop sponsored by AIMS - the Association of
Independent Maryland Schools.
A
panel of Norwood teachers discussed curricular projects that
employ technology tools, and other implementations of
technology at Norwood.
Since
Norwood has been integrating technology intensively for
several years, this was a chance for the visiting
technologists to see and hear about the results of a mature
educational-technology program.
Thank
you to all of the Norwood teachers who participated in the
panel!
As a visual aid for the workshop, Mr. Orlando created a
PowerPoint that has photos and descriptions of some of the
implementations of ed-tech at Norwood. If you would like to
view this PowerPoint, please
click here. There are 49 slides in the PowerPoint.
There is a button to advance the slides on the bottom of the
slides screen, or you can scroll through the text descriptions
on the left side, and click on the one you want to see.
